Nokia has suspended sales of its Lumia 2520 tablet in some European locations in order to fix an issue with charger units that could cause an electric shock.
The company said there was a risk that the plastic cover of select AC-300 charger units produced by a "third party' could come loose and separate. This could expose certain internal components that could cause an electrical shock "if touched" while the plug is in a socket, according to Reuters.

The company added that owners of its Lumia 2520 accessory travel charger should stop using it for now.
Nokia's warning applies for over 30,000 chargers, including 600 accessory travel chargers sold around the U.S.

No consumer incidents have occurred yet, according to Nokia.
The Lumia 2520 tablet was one of the last products Nokia developed before agreeing to sell its phone and devices unit to Microsoft.
The deal is set to close sometime later this month, according to Reuters.
